The Killer: SALT

The Center for Science in the Public Interest is a nutritional lobbying group and they claim that sodium chloride, common table salt , can be very dangerous to eat. They are so concerned, they are working to get the status of salt changed so that it can go from its current unregulated status to a status which the FDA has authority to regulate. Salt has the preservative characteristic of being a natural antibiotic. On a food item, it kills living bacteria and therefore impedes the decay process of that food. Salt causes excessive thirst because it pulls water from the bloodstream. These present the two most damaging effects on the digestive system. Because salt is a natural antibiotic, it kills good bacteria in the body. As a substance that draws water, it interferes with the normal absorption of water which possibly leads to constipation and the accumulations of toxins in the intestinal tract. How To Make Your Spare Time Useful

"All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy" is one of the commonest saying in our contemporary society. No matter how hard you work and want to make money, there will still be sometime left for relaxation and rest. Why was Sunday made a resting day anyway? It is because we can't work all the time, and will not take rest at all. Those times you are not doing anything is often seen as spare time; the only time you have to spare. There are many ways you can make good use of your spare time. You can't be working or thinking all the time, you can also relax your mind and body from the ever busy schedule you have. One way to use every possible bit of your spare time is to spend that time with your family and build a cordial relationship with them. Another is listening to music or watching movies or TV stations; but sincerely, I will recommend the person watch music videos and comedy videos; you know it would be somehow close to terrible if you choose to watch a horror ...

Image
This is a historical film which is adapted from a great book of the same name. It was directed by Biyi Bandele. It was shot in English language, and it was shot in Britian and Nigeria. The film was adapted from Chimamanda Adichie's Half of A Yellow Sun. It stars great British and Nigerian actors: Chiwetel Ejiofor, Thandie Newton, Onyeka Onwenu, Genevieve Nnaji and a lot of other actors. It was released in Nigeria on the 1st of August, 2014. That was after it had passed over series of censorship related problem. It was destined to be great film, with a budget of 8 million dollars. But all didn't go well, as the film didn't come out as expected, especially for the ones who have read the book. With the opinion of people who have watched the movie, and my own personal opinion, I have no other business than to say that the movie was below what we all expected.  The common mistake the film made was changing the story line and filtering out some important parts of the book; the...

How To Write A Business Proposal

Writing a proposal is similar to but not exactly the same as crafting a persuasive essay or producing a report. Here are suggestions for developing a proposal, including some pertinent to its specific purpose. 1. A proposal should define a problem and describe a solution that will persuade busy, thrifty, skeptical readers to support it. 2. Employ facts, not opinions, to bolster the argument for approval. Research similar plans or projects and cite them, emphasizing their successes and/or how your proposal resolves the weaknesses, omissions, or mistaken priorities apparent in them. 3. Analyze your plan or project, demonstrating possible outcomes. If possible, model a small-scale version of the plan or project, report on the results, and extrapolate how the full- scale plan or project will turn out based on the test. 4. Any discussion of financial or other resources should be conducted carefully and should present a realistic picture of the expense required. 5. Be metic...
