The film was adapted from Chimamanda Adichie's Half of A Yellow Sun. It stars great British and Nigerian actors: Chiwetel Ejiofor, Thandie Newton, Onyeka Onwenu, Genevieve Nnaji and a lot of other actors. It was released in Nigeria on the 1st of August, 2014.
