The Best form of Exercise
Most people are lovers of the gym where they go to
work out, most at times, to build the muscles. Some run during weekends to
lessen fat and the weight of the body. While the rest engage in one sport or
another because they enjoy doing it, like football and basketball. But which
way do we think is the best form of exercise?
According to research carried out by experts,
walking is the best form of exercise. Weightlifting builds the muscles; running
strengthens the bones, but walking increases circulation and supplies more
blood and oxygen to the muscles, organs and even the brain. Walking reduces the
fat in the body and lessens the body weight. Walking regularly has been linked
to improved memory and increased growth of new neurons. It also wards off the
weakening of brain tissue associated with aging. A good form of exercise is
taking 7,500 steps everyday; this is the best form of exercise.
An individual should avoid sitting in a place for a
long time as this hampers blood circulation and is therefore dangerous to the
health of the individual. So why go to the gym to pay much for exercise when you
can save money for other necessities? No one would ask you to pay for walking. From
today, take 7,500 steps a day, it is beneficial to your health. Stay healthy
