Benefits of Taking Tea as a Student

Most people take tea without the knowledge of the benefits of the tea they take. Some take it to show how wealthy they are, some take it because it is sweet, and some take it because they believe it is nutritious. For students, especially college students, most of them take tea as one of the fast food they can get, while others do so for their academic improvement and for better reading. Some students prefer coffee to taking nutritious tea.
Tea is made from cocoa, sugar, milk, and sometimes wheat and malta like Ovaltine. It contains vitamins, minerals, protein and some elements of carbohydrate. Why is this good for students? It is good, because it builds the brain and makes it function better. It makes student alert as it strengthens the calcium in one’s bones. It is not time consuming. It can be taken with different forms of food: bread, biscuit, garri, pap, cereal, custard and so many more. It increases the chances of the student coming out with a good grade.
The most nutritious of the entire tea brands in Nigeria is Ovaltine, in spite of the fact that it is quite expensive, it is very good. Aside the normal contents of tea, it also contains wheat and malta, two nutritious elements. Tea can be taken hot or cold. Hot tea is better for a student.
